The vendor has read, agrees to and accepts the Conditions of Sale, the relevant Sale Information Notice and Sale Documentation Notice for December Mare Sale 2024, and understands and agrees that this application constitutes an offer to enter a horse for sale on Kanter.ie and will only become effective and binding on the parties if accepted in writing by Kanter.ie.
The vendor confirms that they are bound by and shall comply fully with the Bloodstock Industry Code of Practice current at the date hereof including any amendments to the Code as may be made and published from time to time.
The vendor confirms that this Lot will have up-to-date vaccinations against equine influenza (primary course and booster) on arrival at Park Paddocks and that all details thereof are recorded in the horse’s passport.
